Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana
National financial inclusion programme aimed at extending banking access to underserved populations across India. Over 18 million new bank accounts were opened within the first week of launch — a milestone recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records. The programme enabled first-time access to credit, insurance, and pension services for millions of households.
Jaipur Metro Rail
Envisioned and executed Phase 1A — over 9 km of metro rail corridor — in partnership with DMRC, completed within a record 3-year period (2010–2013) at a cost of &rupee;2,000 crore.
Jaipur–Agra Road Tunnel
A 2 km road tunnel executed as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project at a cost of &rupee;180 crore.
50+ Flyovers & Railway Over-Bridges
Initiated the construction of more than 50 flyovers and railway over-bridges across urban centres in Rajasthan.
City Master Plans
Approximately 100 City Master Plans completed in coordination with private consultants under the supervision of the Town Planning Department.
Affordable Housing (PPP Model)
Delivered affordable housing projects under a unique PPP model, executed through a dedicated Affordable Housing Policy framework.
Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project
Infrastructure development programme funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
First Township Policy of Rajasthan
Drafted and implemented Rajasthan’s first Township Policy in 2001, followed by a revised second edition in 2010.
EPIP — Export Promotion Industrial Park
Established India’s first Export Promotion Industrial Park at Jaipur in 1996–97.
CDOS — Centre for Development of Stones
Created a dedicated centre for promoting Rajasthan’s building stone industry — marble, granite, quartzite, and sandstone — including exhibition infrastructure and the launch of the international-level StoneMart exhibition on a biannual basis.
50 New Industrial Parks
Developed 50 new industrial parks across Rajasthan during tenure as Executive Director and Managing Director at RIICO.
District Hospital, Bharatpur (PPP)
Established a new district hospital under PPP model, bringing together CIMMCO, Lupin Laboratories, Dalmia Dairy, and GEW as private sector partners. Executed during tenure as District Collector, Bharatpur.
Rural Development Model, Bharatpur
Designed and implemented a unique rural development model in partnership with Lupin Laboratories. Funded through a tripartite structure — one-third State Government, one-third Lupin Laboratories, and one-third the participating village communities. Executed during tenure as District Collector, Bharatpur.
